A great selection of homemade cakes - Victoria sponges with various fillings
including homemade lemon curd, jam or buttercream, cup cakes, fairy cakes,
strawberry shortcakes - layers of shortcake sandwiched with fresh cream
and fresh strawberries, mini pavlovas, white or multi- coloured meringues,
organic fruitcakes, cookies, etc, etc.
A favourite is my Chocolate Smartie cake - a light sponge flavoured with
organic cocoa, covered in a chocolate butter frosting and Smarties -
as featured in the Daily Telegraph.
Good bread makes a good sandwich. Various fillings include egg and watercress,
cream cheese and celery, cucumber, etc, etc.
Ingredients preferred are mainly organic and of a high quality.
